I have paid, but the form is still locked

If you paid online and closed the tab before being returned to us, the payment is recorded but not yet matched. Sign in and open the fee page — it will finish the check. If it still shows as outstanding after that, write to us with your payment reference and we will match it by hand.

My PIN is not accepted

A PIN opens one application and cannot be reused. Check that you have typed it exactly as issued, including the PG- prefix. If it was issued to someone else, or has already been used, the College will need to issue another.

Nothing arrived when I registered

Look in your spam or junk folder first — university mail is often filed there. You can send the link again from the fee page. You may pay and fill the form before confirming, but we cannot send your offer until the address is confirmed.

Can I change my programme after paying?

Yes, while the application is still a draft. Open your application and change it there. Once it has been submitted, write to the College — a change after submission is a decision for the College, not a setting on the form.

Is the postgraduate fee the same as the undergraduate one?

No. Postgraduate study is applied for separately, and the application fee is ₦15,000.00. An undergraduate PIN will not open a postgraduate application.
